Spell tweaks:
- Cone of Cold caster level limit up from 15 to 20.
- Ball Lightning caster level limit up from 10 to 20.
- Acid Breath now scales its caster level limit with fireball and friends (SF/GSF/ESF conj -> 13/16/20), up from 10 flat.
- Call Lightning caster level limit up from 10 to 20 for druids only.
- Flame Lash damage now d6 per caster level, up from d6 per 2 caster levels.

Construct Shifter tweaks:
- 15/+8 Damage soak removed.
- Vulnerabilities removed.
- Each golem now has 25% and 25/- to {iron: slash, demonflesh: bludge, stone: pierce} damage.
- Iron golem gets 2d6 electric damage, demonflesh gets 2d6 fire damage, stone golem gets 2d6 acid damage.

Overwhelming Critical:
- Retains previous effects
- +2 crit threat range
Devastating Critical:
- Enabled!
- No longer instakill when players use it.
- +1 crit multiplier.
Both bonuses subject to change; we'll be watching how it affects balance. These likely aren't the final effects.

Continuing on our 6 year crusade to get you to level somewhere else:

CR tweaking for the following areas:
- Air Plane (try it as an alternative to earth)
- Water Plane (try taking your 32s here)
- IoD (try taking your 28s there)
- Mezzoloths (same start as before, but you might leave earlier instead of staying there 'til 20)
- Mountain Trolls (CRs are up to a level that reflects their brutality.)
- Gnolls slightly up (all three areas, just try it out when levelling.)

Forest home creatures went on a diet and are now more amenable to being killed :)

Kithrak and Vlaakith now correctly tagged as bosses.

The following feats are now free actions (think barbarian rage):
- Imbue Arrow
- Empty Body
- Shadow Evade
- Inspire Courage
- Heroic Shield
- Mighty Rage

Hopefully resolved a bug where some mobs (looking at you, trumpets) failed to cast spells.

Warcry damage tweak (30 bard no longer beats 30/10 bard damage :))

Bard/8 sonic damage.
If you have artist, up to Bard/4 sonic damage.

Terrifying rage duration on target up to 10 rounds, from 1d3().
Thundering Rage changed to +1d4 electric / +1d4 sonic damage on character, from 1d4 sonic on weapon. Mighty critical was removed yonks ago, so :). Less terrible now.

[Slightly tentative, highly based on how it plays out]
Passive detect revamp.
Previously detect mode did [stuff]. Now it does [stuff], but a bit better.
All spot/listen checks made while not in detect mode used a check = detectskill / 2 + d10.
All spot/listen checks made while not in detect mode will now use a check = detectskill + d10.

This should give non-keen spotters a fighting chance against hipsers (since previously they had an effectively 0 chance of spotting something with over 60 hide/ms) while still giving keen spotters a really major advantage (I forgot if there's just the extra d20 vs d10 or some other factors like more checks a round - either way, it's big.)

Relatedly, Aasimar aura down from -level hide to -level/2 hide.

Fixes a few bugs.
Barbarian epic rages (mighty, terrifying, thundering) are now properly undispellable, last the right duration, and are otherwise less buggy.
Assassin's true strike is bumped to the full 18s duration, from the 9s it's been at since it was change to 18s :).

Probably fixed longstanding RK jobs bug where you don't get your job token when doing stalwart and minemaster in a weird order. Let me know if this didn't resolve it.

Fixed the shifter saves bug where universal saves didn't stack with specific saves.

Ongoing inflation has led to faction leaders being more generous with their GP - starting gold increased to 1500GP.

Paladins and Blackguards (sorry-not-sorry CoTs) now get more smites when they detect infidels.

Mechanics:
- Have less smites per day than you max out at (0 for no extra smiting, < 3 for extra smiting).
- Use detect alignment token.
- Receive one additional smite, or two if the enemy is an NPC of higher CR than you, or CR >= 35.

You can gain additional smites at most once per real time minute.

Feedback encouraged, especially any bug reports.
